Principal

Dominique started in the real estate business at age 18. With 25+ years experience in the home building and sales industry, Dominique has been involved with the design, construction and sales of over 1000 new homes. His leadership has guided the company through the complexities of the building and development business with great success. Founded in 2001, DGR Development, Inc. has proven to be successful throughout our ever changing market.

Jeff Augustine

Controller

Jeff brings over 20 years accounting and finance experience to our team. He has worked with and for construction contractors for over 15 years. Jeff is a valued asset to our company due, in part, to his vast knowledge of the industry, its practices and procedures.

John Rennert

Project Manager

John has been in construction development for over 15 years and has experience in all facets of building. His role as Project Manager has him supervising the development and construction of our new home projects. John's positive attitude and outstanding dedication, to the job, ensures that our construction process runs smoothly and on schedule.

Michael Whitford

Customer Service Representative

Carpenter Mike has been in the construction field for more than 15 years. His carpentry skills and eye for details big or small sets him apart from most. Mike's care for our houses and quality control helps bring all of our houses to the next level.

Pam Jensen

Office Manager

Pam is well versed in all aspects of client management, customer service and office management. She is able to maintain efficient working relationships with customers, corporate offices, and company personnel to facilitate operations while providing quality customer service in a high paced environment.
