Dominique Ruybal
Dominique started in the real estate business at age 18. With 30+ years of experience in the home building and sales industry, Dominique has been involved with the design, construction, and sales of over 2000 new homes. His leadership has guided the company through the complexities of the building and development business with great success. Founded in 2001, DGR Development, Inc. has proven to be successful throughout our ever-changing market.

Senior Project Manager
Aaron Cummings
Aaron is the newest member of DGR but is in no way new to construction. With 25+ years in both development and vertical construction, he brings valuable experience to an already seasoned staff. Aaron’s role is to oversee preliminary planning and permitting, plan development, building specs, construction, and most importantly, customer relations. Building things has been a passion for Aaron since his grade school days building roads in the sandbox. It has continued as an adult, building great communities for DGR families.

John Rennert
John has been in construction development for over 25 years and has experience in all facets of building. His role as Project Manager has him supervising the development and construction of our new home projects. John's positive attitude and outstanding dedication, to the job, ensure that our construction process runs smoothly and on schedule.

Michael Whitford
Mike has been in the construction field for more than 25 years. His carpentry skills and eye for details, big or small, sets him apart from most. Mike's care for our houses and quality control helps bring all of our houses to the next level. Every task is done with top-notch quality in mind.

Alayne Johnson
Alayne joins DGR with an extensive background in interior design and vendor relations. She brings a creative and intuitive process to customizing each DGR home with an emphasis on balance and harmony. Alayne carefully curates fixtures and materials that complement each floor plan creating a comfortable sanctuary that welcomes you home!

Chief Financial Officer
Jeff Augustine
Jeff brings over 25 years of accounting and finance experience to our team. He has worked with and for construction contractors for over 20 years. Jeff is a valued asset to our company due, in part, to his vast knowledge of the industry, its practices, and procedures.

Entitlement Manager
Jake Drake
Jake leads DGR’s preconstruction and design efforts, guiding projects from initial concepts through land use approvals, permitting, environmental review and onto construction. With experience in planning, civil engineering and a multidisciplinary degree in Law, Economics, and Public Policy from the University of Washington, he works closely with regional stakeholders to help shape a more effective regulatory environment for urban development.
